Service centre manager

  • Planning and management, in collaboration and according to the directions of the Head of the Department, of the economic-financial resources and assets of the structure
  • Preparation, in collaboration and according to the directions of the Head of the Department, of the budget proposal of the structure.
  • Preparation of the yearly final accounting documents and possible mid-period assessments
  • Support to Head and managing bodies of the Department regarding periodical analyses of economic-financial sustainability and cash flow planning
  • Check of the administrative and accounting activities of the structure, according to the general guidelines for the managing activities of Politecnico and Department
  • Coordination of the administrative activities concerning management and auditing of projects and contracts funded by external bodies
  • Administrative management of the technical-administrative staff.
