Technology Transfer Working Group
Comprising four professors representatives from the main Scientific Sectors, in addition to the Advisor for Technology Transfer who serves as a liaison, oversees the following activities in conjunction with other departmental focal points:
- Works to promote the direct application, enhancement, and utilization of knowledge developed within the Department.
- Constructs and manages the database of departmental personnel's relationships with companies and territorial entities, clusters, professional orders, national and supranational entities (including certification-related activities) to make departmental actions cohesive, coordinating with internship focal points.
- Monitors, on an annual basis, the third mission activities (consultancies, patents, and spin-offs) of the Department and proposes any improvement measures, also in line with the objectives defined in the Department's Strategic Plan.
- Proposes measures to incentivize and strengthen the third mission of the department.
