- Support to professors and assistant professors in the phase of designing and preparing proposal for national/international financing and support in defining the project budget
- Management of the internal authorization processes
- Administrative management of the research project financing (budget, periodical monitoring, check od admissible costs) in application of the rules of the financing bodies
- Preparation of summary reports
- Periodic monitoring and audit reporting of the national/international financing
- Support to internal and external auditing
- Support to professors and assistant professors in commercial negotiation and management of the internal authorization processes
