Biography

Ph.D. Candidate in Bioengineering and medical-surgical science: Solid and Fluid Biomechanics, Group Politecnico di Torino, November 2022-Current. Supervisors: Prof. Diana Massai and Prof. Alberto Audenino. Project title "Managment of biological variability".
The Ph.D. is in collaboration with DiaSorin S.P.A. with the mean to improve the production process in the bio raw material (BRM) department of the company.

Charite´ Universitatmedizin Berlin, April 2022 – October 2022 Research scientist for AUTEM Therapeutics Berlin, Germany
  • In vitro experiments on the effect of electromagnetic fields on different hepatocarcinoma cells.
  • Plasmid DNA transfection via competent bacteria.
  • Data analysis and development of a dose-response curve with different parameters.
  • 100+ hours of cells and bacteria culture.
  • Developing and managing the experiment's plan.

  • In vitro experiments of the effect of Tumor Treating Fields on cancer cells.
